Deepak Mathews (IA&AS:2009), Deputy Secretary in the Department of Revenue has been laterally shifted to Cabinet Secretariat as Deputy Secretary. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (11.04.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal for the appointment of Mr. Mathews to the post under the central staffing scheme on lateral shift basis for a tenure upto 29.03.2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
