Debasweta Banik (IAS:2013:HP) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) for a period of four years. According to an order issued by the DoPT on Monday (06.03.2023), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Ms. Banik to the post under the central staffing scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
