Dammu Ravi (IFS:1989) has been appointed as Secretary (Economic Relations) in the Ministry of External Affairs on Monday. He replaces Rahul Chhabra (IFS:1987) retiring this month-end. Presently, he is working as OSD (Europe & Covid-19) in the Ministry of External Affairs.
