D V Swamy will continue as Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam SEZ

Marine Products Exports Development Authority (MPEDA) Chairman D V Swamy (IAS:2001:OR), who is currently holding the additional charge of Development Commissioner (JS level), Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone (VSEZ) has been given a tenure extension on the post. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training on Saturday(29.10.2022), Swamy will continue to hold additional charge of the VSEZ Development Commissioner post for a period of six months beyond 17.09.2022 or till the post is filled on regular basis or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
