D Prashanth K Reddy (IAS:2009:OR) has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Delhi. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (18.08.2022), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Reddy to the post from the date of taking over charge of the post and for a tenure up to 07.10.2023 i.e. balance tenure of 5 years under the Central Staffing Scheme or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
