Senior IPS officer Saket Kumar Singh (IPS:2002:JH) has been promoted to the rank of Inspector General (IG) in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). According to an order issued on 05.01.2022 by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the central government has approved the appointment of Singh to the post of IG for the date of joining the post. Presently, he is serving as DIG, CRPF.
