Chhattisgarh transfers five IAS officers; Vijay Dayaram posted as Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi Collector

Raipur: The Chhattisgarh government on Thursday (July 9, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for five IAS officers. Among the key changes, Santosh Kumar Dewanga has been shifted from the post of Collector, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, while Vijay Dayaram has been appointed as the new Collector of the district.

The names of the officers and their new postings are as follows:

1. Santosh Kumar Dewanga (IAS:2013:CG), Collector, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, School Education Department.
2. Vijay Dayaram (IAS:2015:CG), Director, Technical Education, Employment & Training with additional charge of CEO, Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi.
3. Hemant Ramesh Nandanwar (IAS:2020:CG), CEO, Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund, has been transferred and posted as Director, Technical Education, Employment & Training, with additional charge of CEO, Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Authority.
4. Sumit Agrawal (IAS:2021:CG), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg, has been transferred and posted as CEO, Chhattisgarh State Urban Development Agency (SUDA).
5. Anupama Anand (IAS:2023:CG), SDO (Revenue), Saraipali, Mahasamund, has been transferred and posted as CEO, Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund.
