Chhattisgarh: Rita Shandilya appointed acting Chairperson of CGPSC

The Chhattisgarh government has appointed former IAS officer Rita Shandilya as new Member of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC). She has also been given the charge of acting Chairperson of the Commission until the full-time Chairperson is appointed. Previously, Dr Praveen Verma was serving as the acting Chairman. He was appointed as a Member during the tenure of the previous Congress government in the state.
