Chhattisgarh: Responsibilities swapped between two IAS officers

The Chhattisgarh government on Wednesday initiated a reassignment of duties between two IAS officers in an effort to enhance and streamline the state’s administrative structure.

They are;

1. Janak Prasad Pathak (IAS:2007:CG), Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Housing and Environment Department with additional charge of the posts of Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Commercial Taxes (Excise) Department, Excise Commissioner, Commissioner, City and Village Investment and Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Marketing Corporation Limited has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Durg Division.
2. Mahadev Kavre (IAS:2008:CG), Commissioner, Durg Division, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Housing and Environment Department with additional charge of the posts of Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Commercial Taxes (Excise) Department, Excise Commissioner, Commissioner, City and Village Investment and Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Marketing Corporation Limited
