Chhattisgarh : Major bureaucratic rejig effected

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Chhattisgarh government on Tuesday transferred 48 IAS and 2 IFS officials in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Amitabh Jain : Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Finance has been handed over additional charge of ACS, Water Resource Department.
2. Dr. Alok Shukla : Principal Secretary, School Education Department has been handed over additional charge of Principal Secretary, Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment Department.
3. Ms. Renu Pillay : Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education Department has been handed over additional charge of DG, Chhattisgarh Academy of Administrative.
