Chhattisgarh: Five IPS officers shifted, Anand Chhabra posted as IG, Bilaspur

The Chhattisgarh government on Thursday (27.07.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for five IG rank IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Anand Chhabra (IPS:2001:CG), IG, Durg Range, Durg, has been transferred and posted as IG, Bilaspur Range, Bilaspur.
2. Ratan Lal Dangi (IPS:2003:CG), Director, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose State Police Academy, Chandrakhuri, Raipur, has been given additional charge of the post of IG, Raipur Range (only Raipur District).
3. Ankit Kumar Garg (IPS:2004:CG), IG, PHQ, Raipur, has been transferred and posted as IG, Sarguja Range, Sarguja.
4. Badri Narayan Meena (IPS:2004:CG), IG, Bilaspur Range, Bilaspur, has been transferred and posted as IG, Durg Range ( Districts-Durg, Bemetara, Balod).
5. Rahul Bhagat (IPS:2005:CG), IG, PHQ, Raipur, has been transferred and posted as IG, Rajnandgaon (Districts- Rajnandgaon, Kabirdham, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai)
