CG: Three IAS officers shifted; Raigarh, Bilaspur get new Collectors

The Chhattisgarh government on Friday (13.10.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for three IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Avnish Kumar Sharan (IAS:2009:CG), Director, Technical Education, Employment and Training with additional charge of CEO, CG State Skill Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Bilaspur.
2. Kartikey Goyal (IAS:2010:CG), Director, Panchayat, has been transferred and posted as Collector, Raigarh.
3. Effat Ara (IAS:2012:CG), MD, Samgra Siksha with additional charge of Commissioner, CG Housing Board, has been given additional charge of the posts of Joint Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Protection, MD, MARKFED and MD, Nagarik Apurti Nigam (NAN).
