The Union government on Monday (26.05.2025) notified the appointment of seven advocates as Additional Judges in various High Courts across the country.
The appointments are as follows:
- Deepak Khot, Amit Seth, and Pawan Kumar Dwivedi – appointed as Additional Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
- Rohit Kapoor – appointed as Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
- Subhash Upadhyay – appointed as Additional Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court.
- Shamima Jahan – appointed as Additional Judge of the Gauhati High Court.
- Sachin Shivajirao Deshmukh – appointed as Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court.
These appointments were made following the recommendations of the Supreme Court Collegium on various dates.
