The Union government on Wednesday (29.05.2024) notified the transfers two Delhi High Court judges which were earlier recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium.
They are;
- Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva to Madhya Pradesh High Court
- Justice V Kameswar Rao to Karnataka High Court
The Supreme Court Collegium on March 13 had recommended the transfer after the judges themselves requested for the same.
