Centre appoints new non-official Directors on boards of various Public Sector Banks

The central government on Tuesday (21.12.2021) nominated a number of officers for the appointment as Non-Official Director on the Board of Public Sectors Banks (PSBs).

Here is the list of newly appointed Non-Official Directors.

1. Pradip Pranlal Khimani has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Central Bank of India for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
2. Prafulla Premsukh Chhajed has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of State Bank of India for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, or until further orders, Whichever is earlier.
3. Ravi Kumar Agrawal has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of UCO Bank for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
4. Sanjeev Kumar Singhal has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Punjab National Bank for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
5. Shashank Shrivastava has been appointed as Part-time Non-official Director on the Board of Directors of Bank of Maharashtra for a period of three years with effect from December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
6. Pankaj Joshi has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Punjab National Bank for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
7. Ms Nalini Padmanabhan has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Canara Bank for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
8. Deepak Sharma has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Indian Overseas Bank for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
9. Balmukund Sahay has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Indian Bank for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
10. B Chandra Reddy has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Indian Overseas Bank for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
11. Anjan Talukdar has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of UCO Bank for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
12. Ajay Singhal has been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Director of Bank of Baroda for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
13. Sardar Baljit Singh has been appointed as Part-time Non-official Director on the Board of Directors of Bank of Maharashtra for a period of three years from the date notification i.e. December 12, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
14. Vishvesh Kumar Goel has been appointed as Part-time Non-official Director on the Board of Directors of Indian Bank for a period of three years from the date notification i.e. December 12, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
15. Suraj Srivastava has been appointed as the Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of Union Bank of India for a period of three years from the date of notification i.e. December 21, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
16. Suresh Kumar Rungta has been appointed as Part-time Non-official Director on the Board of Directors of Indian Overseas Bank for a period of three years from the date notification i.e. December 12, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
17. Shankar Lal Agrawal has been appointed as Part-time Non-official Director on the Board of Directors of Punjab & Sindh Bank for a period of three years from the date notification i.e. December 12, 2021, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
