The central deputation tenure of Vineet Joshi (IAS:1992:MN) as Additional Secretary, Department of Higher Education with additional charge of Director, National Testing Agency (NTA) has been extended for a period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (23.02.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Joshi for a period of one year beyond 17.04.2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
