CBIC: 18 IRS-I&CT officers promoted to Commissioner grade

The central government on Thursday (03.08.2023) announced the promotion of 18 officers from the 2006 batch to the grade of Commissioner of Customs and Indirect Taxes (C&IT) in the Indian Revenue Service (Customs and Indirect Taxes) against the panel year 2023. This promotion is effective from the date these officers assume their respective post charges.

They are;

3. Dharmjeet Kumar
4. Sanjay Kumar Singh
5. Gaurav Singh
6. Narinder Singh
7. Alok Kumar
8. Ravi Kiran Edara
9. Sadhu Narasimha Reddy
10. Deepshikha Arora
11. Akhtar Rashid
12. Ashish Mishra
13. Gurkaran Singh Bains
14. Kamlesh Kumar Gupta
15. A Chandra Shekhar Reddy
16. Ranjeet Kumar
17. Lokesh Kumar Lilhare
18. Sidlingappa Teli

Their regular posting will be decided in due course of time with the approval of the Competent Authority. Till then, they shall assume the charge of the promotional post on in situ basis.
