The deputation tenure of Anurag (IPS:1994:TR) as Joint Director, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been extended for a period of six months. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, the central government has approved the proposal for extension of deputation tenure of Anurag for a period of six months beyond 24.07.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
