CBI interim Chief M Nageswara Rao promoted to Additional Director rank

The interim chief of Central Bureau Investigation (CBI) M Nageswara Rao (IPS:1986:OR) has been promoted to rank of an Additional Director by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

He had joined the investigating agency as joint director in 2016.
