The central deputation tenure of Vijyendra Kumar (IRS:2007) as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been extended for one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday, the competent authority has approved to extend the deputation tenure of Vijyendra Kumar for one year beyond 19.07.2024 i.e. upto 19.07.2025 (8 years in total) or until further orders.
