BSV Prakash Kumar appointed as Acting President of NCLT

The Central government has appointed Bethala Shantha Vijaya Prakash Kumar as the Acting Persident of National Company Law Tribunal for a period of three months or until a regular President is appointed. He will succeed M M Kumar, who is set to retire on January 4, 2020.
