Deepa Chawala (IRAS:1998), Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), has been given additional charge of the post of CVO of Indian Telephone Industries Limited (ITI), Bengaluru, for one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (18.11.2024), the competent authority has approved the proposal for entrustment of additional charge of the post to Ms. Chawala for one year or till the appointment of a regular CVO in ITI or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
