Anoop Kumar Panday, a 1984 batch IAS officer will be next chief secretary of Uttar Pradesh. He will take charge from Rajive Kumar who retires on June 30. Mr. Pandey is currently the Industrial and Infrastructure Development Commissioner (IIDC) of the state. He will continue to hold the charge of his present department.
