The Supreme Court Collegium on Thursday recommended the transfer of three Chief Justices of high courts.
- Justice A P Sahi, Chief Justice of Patna High Court has been recommended to be made the Chief Justice of Madras High Court.
- Justice A K Mittal, Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court is proposed to be transferred as the Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court.
- Justice Sanjay Karol, Chief Justice of Tripura High Court, is proposed to be made the Chief Justice of Patna High Court.
SC Collegium recommends elevation of two HC Judges as Chief Justices
The Supreme Court Collegium on Thursday proposed the elevation of two High Court judges as Chief Justices.
- Justice Mohammad Rafiq of the Rajasthan High Court has been proposed to be elevated as the Chief Justice of the Meghalaya High Court.
- Justice (Dr.) Ravi Ranjan of the Punjab and Haryana High Court has been recommended for appointment as the Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court.
