Assam : 14 IAS officers promoted to JAG

The Assam government was on Tuesday promoted fourteen IAS officers to Junior Administrative Grade (JAG).

MP : Two IAS officers shifted

The Madhya Pradesh government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of 02 IAS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

  1. B Vijay Dutta (IAS:2011:MP) : Collector, Dantia.
  2. Sanjay Kumar (IAS:2011:MP) : Deputy Secretary, Secretariat.

08 IRS-C&CE officers appointed as Dy. Director of Enforcement in ED

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes on Monday placed the services of 08 IRS (C&CE) officers at the disposal of Enforcement Directorate, Department of Revenue (Hqrs.) for appointment as Deputy Director of Enforcement in Enforcement Directorate for a period of three years on deputation basis.

They are :

  2. Arpita D Naharya (IRS-C&CE:2011)
  3. Prashant Kumar (IRS-C&CE:2012)

Delhi : Six IAS officers shifted

Delhi Lt Governor Anil Baijal on Monday transferred and posted six IAS officers in a bureaucratic reshuffle.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

  1. Santosh D Vaidya (IAS:1998:AGMUT) : Chairperson, DSSSB.
  2. Mukesh Prasad (IAS:2007:AGMUT) : Addl. IG (Prisons) shall hold the additional charge of Member (Admn.), Delhi Jal Board.
  3. Subhash Chandra (IAS:2009:AGMUT) : Special Secretary, Urban Development.
  4. K S Meena (IAS:2010:AGMUT) : Special Commossioner, Labour holding additional charge of Special CEO, DDMA shall also hold the additional charge of Special Secretary, Employment.
  5. Ms. Ruchika Katyal (IAS:2013:AGMUT) : Special Secretary, LG.
  6. Akriti Sagar (IAS:2016:AGMUT) : Director, Delhi Jal Board with additional charge of Nodal Officer for War Room, Helpline and Data Management in terms with Health and Famity Welfare Deptt.

Andhra Pradesh : Five IPS officers get new postings

The Andhra Pradesh government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of 05 IPS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

  1. R K Meena (IPS:1995:AP) : ADGP, Operations (Greyhounds & OCTOPUS)
  2. Dr. Shanka Brata Bagchi (IPS:1996:AP) : IGP, APSP Bns.
  3. Dr. C M Thrikrama Verma (IPS:2005:AP) : DIG, Guntur Range, Guntur.
  4. G Vijay Kumar (IPS-SPS:2006:AP) : Special Secretary, Home.
  5. Sudheer Kumar Reddy (IPS:2010:KTK) : SP, Vigilance & Enforcement.

Vivek Kumar Daksh (IPoS:2002), Assistant Director General (ADG), Unique Indentification Authority of India (UIDAI) has been pramaturely repatriated to his parent cader to avail the benefit of promotion.

Rahul Shrivastava (IFS: 1999), presently Ambassador of India to Romania, has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Albania, with residence in Bucharest.

Manoj Kumar Bharti appointed as next Ambassador of India to Indonesia

Manoj Kumar Bharti (IFS:1988) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Indonesia. Presently, he is serving as Special Secretary in the Ministry and is expected to take up the assignment shortly.

The Rajasthan government on Monday issued transfer and posting orders of 02 IPS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

  1. Jai Yadav (IPS:2012:RJ) : Commandant, 2nd Battalion, RAC, Kota
  2. Rajesh Kumar Meena (IPS:2016:RJ) : DCP, (Hqrs & Traffic), Police Commissionerate, Jodhpur.

REC conferred the PSE Excellence Award

REC Limited was conferred the runner up award for Corporate Governance (Maharatna & Navratna Category) at the 10th PSE Excellence Awards organized by Indian Chambers of Commerce (ICC).The award nominations witnessed more than 60 entries across various categories.

The PSE Excellence Awards is an initiative by Indian Chamber of Commerce, since 2010, to acknowledge the game changers who have contributed immensely in shaping up the Indian economy and congratulate them for their contribution.

The award was given by Dr. Bhaskar Chatterjee, Former Secretary of Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) and Chief of the Jury Committee. The award ceremony was organized virtually and was attended by senior dignitaries from various CPSEs and the esteemed jury members.
