The Assam government on Monday issued transfer and posting orders of two IAS officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
Manoj Jain has been appointed to the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), GAIL (India) Limited till the date of his superannuation, i.e. 31.08.2022. Presently, he is serving as Director (Business Development), GAIL (India) Limited.
Sandeep Saxena (IAS:1989:TN), Deputy Commissioner, Election Commission of India has been repatriated to parent cadre for availing the benefit of promotion to Chief Secretary Grade in the Cadre.
P M Chandraiah, Director (Finance), Bengal Chemical & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (BCPL), has been selected for the post of Director (Finance), Engineering Project (India) Ltd. at a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on February 12, 2020.
The following 04 applicants were interviewed in the selection meeting :
Nirlep Singh Rai has been appointed to the post of Director (Technical), National Fertilizer Limited (NFL) with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post on or after 01.04.2020 till 31.08.2022 i.e the date of his superannuation. Presently, he is Executive Director, NFL.
Sanjay Kumar Jha has been appointed to the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Mishra Dhantu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) till the date of his superannuation i.e 29.02.2024. Presently, he is posted as Director, MIDHANI.
Satendra Kumar Gomasta has been appointed to the post of Director (Technical), Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL), w.e.f the date of his assumption of charge of the post till the date of his superannuation i.e., 30.09.2023. Presently, he is General Manager, Northern Coalfields Ltd. (NCL).
The central deputation tenure of R K Sharma (IAS:1994:KL) as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal, has been extended for a period of three months beyond 12.04.2020.
The Haryana government on Tuesday promoted six IPS officers of 2006 batch to Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) rank.
They are :
Amit Garg (IPS:1993:AP) has been appointed as Joint Director (IG level), Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA), Hyderabad on deputation basis for a period of five years. Presently, he is Chairman, Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board.
