Bihar : Vipin Kumar relieved to join GoI as Joint Secretary, Department of school education and literacy

Vipin Kumar (IAS:1996:BH), on Thursday, relieved by the Bihar government and placed at the disposal of Department of Personnel and Trainning, New Delhi for appointment as Joint Secretary, Department of school education and literacy, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. He was posted as Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi.
