Bihar: Six IPS officers shifted, Neeraj Kumar Singh posted as SP, ATS

The Bihar government on Wednesday (08.01.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for six IPS officers.

The names of officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Deepak Ranjan (IPS:2012:BH) will remain as Commandant of Bihar SAP-3 Bodhgaya.
2. Neeraj Kumar Singh (IPS:2012:BH), Assistant IG (Inspection), Patna, has been transferred and posted as SP, ATS, Patna.
3. Sanjay Bharti (IPS:2014:BH), SP, Railways, Katihar, has been transferred and posted as Assistant IG (Inspection), Patna.
4. Pramod Kumar Yadav (IPS:2017:BH), SP, STF (Operations), Patna, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, Bihar SAP-1, Patna with additional charge of SP, STF (Operations), Patna.
5. Hari Shankar Kumar (IPS:2018:BH), Commandant, Bihar SAP-7, Katihar, has been transferred and posted as SP, Railways, Katihar.
6. Chandra Prakash (IPS:2019:BH), SP, Jamui, has been transferred and posted as Commandant of Bihar SAP-17, Bodhgaya.
