Bihar: Six IPS officers get new assignments

The Bihar government on Tuesday (27.09.2022) issued transfer and posting orders for six IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. R Malar Vizhi (IPS:1995:BH), ADGP, Training has been transferred and posted as ADGP (Weaker Section), CID.
2. Anil Kishore Yadav (IPS:1996:BH), ADGP (Weaker Section), CID has been transferred and posted as ADGP, Training, with additional charge of ADGP, Civil Defence.
3. Daljit Singh (IPS:2007:BH), DIG, BAP (North Division), Muzaffarpur has been additional charge of DIG, CID.
4. Pramod Kumar Mandal (IPS:2010:BH), SP, Railway, Patna has been given additional charge of SP, Railway, Muzaffapur.
5. Rakesh Kumar (IPS:2013:BH), SP, Gaya with additional charge of Commandant, BAP-03, Bodhgaya and Commandant, BAP-17, Bodhgaya has been transferred and posted as Commandant, Mounted Force of Ara.
6. Ashok Kumar Prasad (IPS:2013:BH), SP, Railway, Muzaffarpur has been given additional charge of SP, Gaya, with additional charge of Commandant, BAP-03, Bodhgaya and Commandant, BAP-17, Bodhgaya
