The Bihar government on Tuesday (25.06.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for six IAS officers including District Magistrate of Patna.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;
- Chandrashekhar Singh (IAS:2010:BH), Special Secretary, Chief Minister Secretariat with additional charge of CEO, Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society-cum-State Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood-cum-Commissioner-Self Employment, Rural Development Department/ MD, Bihar State Road Development Corporation, has been transferred and posted as District Magistrate, Patna with additional charge of Settlement Officer, Patna.
- Himanshu Sharma (IAS:2011:BH), on return from central deputation, has been posted as CEO, Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society-cum-State Mission Director, State Rural Livelihood-cum-Commissioner-Self Employment, Rural Development Department.
- Shirsat Kapil Ashok (IAS:2011:BH), District Magistrate, Patna, with additional charge of Settlement Officer, Patna, has been transferred and posted as MD, Bihar State Road Development Corporation. He will also be Special Secretary, Road Construction Department, Patna.
- Nilesh Ramchandra Deore (IAS:2011:BH), on return from central deputation, has been posted as MD, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Patna with additional charges of MD, Bihar Renewable Energy Development Authority (BREDA) and MD, Bihar State Transmission Company Limited.
- Aditya Prakash (IAS:2014:BH), MD, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Patna with additional charge of MD, Bihar State Transmission Company Limited, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Health Department, Patna.
- Laxman Tiwari (IAS:2021:BH), has been posted as OSD, Revenue and Land Reforms, Patna
