Bihar: Kundan Kumar appointed Resident Commissioner, Palka made CEO of Bihar Bhawan

The Bihar government on Tuesday appointed Kundan Kumar (IAS:2004:BH) as Resident Commissioner of Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi. He replaces Mrs. Palka Sahni (IAS:2004:BH). He served as Joint Secretary, NITI Aayog, prior to his repatriation to parent cadre. Previously, he was Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s private secretary.

Further, Mrs. Palka Sahni has been appointed CEO of Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi. The previous position she held was Resident Commissioner at Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi and before that, she held the position of Special Resident Commissioner at Bihar Bhawan.
