The Bihar government on Tuesday (05.04.2022) promoted senior IAS officer Hukum Singh Meena (IAS:1992:BH) to the grade of Chief Secretary (ACS). Meena has been given proforma promotion as he is on central deputation and serving as Additional Secretary, Department of Land Resources.
