The Bihar government on Monday (November 25, 2025) promoted three IAS officers of the 1996 batch to the Apex Pay Scale and designated them as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) with effect from January 1, 2026.
The officers promoted are Anand Kishor, currently serving as Principal Secretary, Finance Department; K Senthil Kumar, Principal Secretary, Planning & Development Department; and HR Srinivasa, Principal Secretary, Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes (BC & EBC) Welfare Department.
