Bihar: Four IPS officers shifted

The Bihar government on Wednesday (19.04:2023) issued transfer and posting orders for four IPS officers. Two of them have been assigned new assignments, and two have been given additional responsibilities.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Pramod Kumar Mandal (IPS:2010:BH), Commandant, Bihar Special Armed Police-5 Patna, has been given the additional charge of Commandant, Equestrian Special Armed Police, Ara.
2. Rajendra Kumar Bhil (IPS:2011:BH), Commandant, Bihar Swabhiman Special Armed Police Force Valmiki nagar, Bagaha, has been made Additional Director Assistant State Fire Officer, Bihar.
3. Rakesh Kumar (IPS:2013:BH), Commander, Equestrian Special Armed Police Ara, has been transferred and posted as Additional Director, Assistant State Fire Officer, Bihar.
4. Kiran Kumar Gorakh Jadhav (IPS:2016:BH), SP, Bagaha, has been given additional charge of Commandant, Bihar Swabhiman Special Armed Police Force Valmiki nagar, Bagaha.
