Bihar Flood: Three IAS officers appointed OSDs in Disaster Management Department

To address the situation arising from the floods in Bihar, the state government on Monday (30.09.2024) appointed three IAS officers as Officers on Special Duty (OSDs) in the Disaster Management Department. These officers will hold the additional charge alongside their current responsibilities.

The names of the officers and their current postings are as follows;

1. Rahul Kumar (IAS:2011:BH), Director, Museum, Art, Culture & Youth Affairs, Patna.
2. Shirsat Kapil Ashok (IAS:2011:BH), MD, Bihar State Road Development Corporation, Patna with additional charge of Special Secretary, Road Construction Department/Chairman, Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited, Patna.
3. Ashutosh Dwivedi (IAS:2018:BH), Joint Secretary, Building Construction Department, Patna.
