The Bihar Chief Secretary Tripurari Sharan (IAS:1985:BH) was on Thursday (23.09.2021) given an extension in the service for a further three month period beyond September 30 as the Centre accepted the state government’s request. He was scheduled to retire on September 30 but now his term has been extended till December 31, 2021. This is the second extension for Sharan who was to retire from service on June 30 this year.
