The Bihar government on Monday (04.03.2024) implemented a bureaucratic reshuffle, redistributing the responsibilities of 7 IAS officers and one IFS officer.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;
- Vibhuti Ranjan (IAS:2012:BH), Municipal Commissioner, Samastipur, has been transferred and posted as Director, Food & Consumer Protection.
- Shailja Sharma (IAS:2013:BH), Additional Secretary, Road Construction Department with additional charge Additional Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, has been relieved of the charge of Minor Water Resources Department.
- Praveen Kumar (IAS:2014:BH), Additional Secretary, Transport Department with additional charge of
Additional Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, has been relieved of the charge of Minor Water Resources Department. - Vishal Raj (IAS:2017:BH), Director, Technical Development, Industry Department with additional charge of State Transport Commissioner, has been transferred and posted as State Transport Commissioner.
- Saurabh Suman Yadav (IAS:20019:BH), waiting for posting, has been posted as Minicipal Commissioner, East Champaran, Motihari.
- Priti (IAS:2019:BH), waiting for posting, has been posted as DDC, Khagaria.
- Nand Kishore (IFS:2006:BH), Special Secretary, Cooperative Department, with additional charge of MD, Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation Limited and MD, Bihar State Vegetable Processing and Markrting Cooperative Federation Limited, has been transferred and posted as MD, Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation Limited
- Dr. Virendra Prasad Yadav (IAS:2004:BH), Special Secretary, Cooperative Department has been given additional charge of MD, Bihar State Vegetable Processing and Marketing Cooperative Federation Limited.
