In a major administrative reshuffle, the Bihar government on Wednesday transferred 22 IPS officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Amit Kumar (IPS:1994:BH) : ADG, Law and Order.
- Sushil Kumar Khopde (IPS:1995:BH) : ADG operations with additional charge of ATS.
- Pankaj Darad (IPS:1995:BH) : ADG, Railways
- Paras Nath (IPS:1996:BH) : IG, Budget, Appeal and Welfare with additional charge of Bihar Military Police.
- Ajitabh Kumar (IPS:1997:BH) : IG, Mithila Zone, Darbhanga.
- Ratna Sanjay Katiyar (IPS:1998:BH) : IG, CID and weaker sections.
- Amrit Raj (IPS:1998:BH) : IG, Prohibition with additional charge of special vigilance unit.
- Rakesh Rathi (IPS:2002:BH) : IG, Gaya Range.
- Vikas Vaibhav (IPS:2003:BH) : DIG, ATS.
- P Kannan (IPS:2005:BH) : DIG, Shahabad Range, Dehri-on-Sone.
- Anusuya Ransingh Sahu (IPS:2006:BH) : DIG technical services.
