The Banks Board Bureau (BBB), the headhunter for state-owned banks and financial institutions, on Saturday recommended S Ramann (IA&AS:1991) for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). Presently, he is serving as CEO of National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL).
The name of Aalok Gupta has been kept as the candidate on the reserve list for the post of CMD of SIDBI.
The members of the Banks Board Bureau interviewed 20 candidates on December 4 and 5, 2020 for the vacancy of CMD of SIDBI.
