IFS officer Bandaru Wilsonbabu (IFS:2004) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Madagascar on Monday. He will be replacing ambassador Abhay Kumar (IFS:2003). Presently, Wilsonbabu is serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs and is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
