B.Purushartha gets premature repatriation

B.Purushartha (IAS:2002:PB) Private Secretary to Hardeep Singh, the Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre with the imposition of extented cooling off condition.
