B H Anil Kumar returns to parent cadre to avail promotion

B H Anil Kumar (IAS:1987:KN) has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on ground of availing promotion in the cadre. He is presently posted as Executive Director, National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
