The deputation tenure of Ayush Mani Tiwari (IPS:1997:TN) as Inspector General (IG) of Border Security Force (BSF) has been extended. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (18.07.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Home Affairs to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Tiwari beyond 17.08.2023 and upto 23.11.2024 (total 7 years).
