Avinash Champawat appointed as Director, NITI Aayog

Avinash Champawat (IAS:2003:CG) was on Tuesday (29.03.2022) appointed to the post of Director in the NITI Aayog, Delhi, for a period of five years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), the Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Champawat to the post under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
