Atanu Chakraborty (IAS:1985:GJ), Secretary, D/o Economic Affairs has been given additional charge of Department of Expenditure with immediate effect. He will replace Girish Chandra Murmu who on Friday was named the first lieutenant governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
