The Assam government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of three IAS officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- V.S. Bhaskar (IAS:1985:AM) : Chairman, Board of Revenue, Assam and Additional Chief Secretary, Hill Areas, Mines & Minerals and Pensions & Public Grievances Department is relieved from the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Mines and Minerals Department.
- Avinash Purushottam Das Joshi (IAS:1994:AM) : Principal Secretary, Environment & Forests and Excise with additional charge of Mines & Minerals
- Dr. M Angamuthu (IAS:2002:AM) : Commissioner & Secretary, WPT & BC, Tourism, Secretariat Administration and General Administration Department and Commissioner, North Assam Division is also posted as Commissioner & Secretary, Sports & Youth Welfare as additional charge.
