Assam: Three IAS officers shifted, M S Manivannan posted as Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan

The Assam government on Thursday (10.08.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for three IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Rajeev Chandra Joshi (IAS:1994:AM), Principal Secretary, General Administration Department & Special Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary. Environment, Forest & Climate Change Department.
2. M S Manivannan (IAS:2005:AM), Commissioner & Secretary, General, Irrigation Departments and CEO, SITA, has been given additional charge of Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi.
3. Biswajit Pegu (IAS:2009:AM), Secretary, Home & Political Department, has been given additional charge of Environment, Forest & Climate Change Department.
