Paban Kumar Borthakur (IAS:1989:AM) was on Tuesday transferred and posted to the post of Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, Assam with effect from 22.10.2020. Presently, he is serving as Chairman, Assam Administrative Tribunal and Additional Chief Secretary, Transformation & Development, Cultural Affairs and Irrigation Departments.
