Maninder Singh (IAS:1989:AM) was on Tuesday transferred and posted as Chairman, Assam Administrative tribunal with effect from 22-10-2020. He is also allowed to continue as Additional Chief Secretary, Guwahati Development Department and Chief Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi as additional charges.
