Assam : Four IAS officers transferred

The Assam government on Thursday issued transfer and posting orders of four IAS officers in the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Syedain Abbasi (IAS:1990:AM) : ACS, PHE, Water Resources and Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department is also posted as ACS, Information Technology and Science & Technology Departments as additional charge.
2. Archana Verma (IAS:1995:AM) : Principal Secretary, Guwahati Development and Mines & Minerals Departments.
3. Dr. Krishna Kumar Dwivedi (IAS:1996:AM) : Commissiner & Secretary, Industries & Commerce, Act East Policy Affairs and Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Departments is also posted as Commissiner & Secretary, Transport Department as additional charge
4. Mukesh C. Sahu (IAS:1996:AM) : Commissioner, Barak Valley Division and Commissioner & Secretary, Social Welfare and Soil Conservation Departments with additional charge of CEO, SITA.
